• Welcome to Sports11 a brand by - R1 ENTERTAINMENT & GAMING PRIVATE LIMITED. A company registered in India under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, office at 602, A Block Gagan Apartment Exhibition Road Patna 800001 (INDIA) (hereinafter, referred to as "we", "us", "our" and “Sports11”)
• In the event that a user engages in misconduct, Sports11 has the right to impose restrictions on, suspend, or terminate that user's access to all or any portion of the platform.
• Both the website and the app contain all of the information and the original content of Sports11. Any other authority is prohibited from asserting ownership of any aspect of the game or from making the accessible through any other website.
• If a user violates the terms and conditions, rules, or regulations, Sports11 has the right to take the following actions against that user:
• • Limiting, suspending, or denying access to all or any portion of the Sports11 features to any User.
  • Deleting or deactivating a User's account, together with any associated data and files.
  • Not giving such a User any prizes or winnings.
• Only one user account may be created and maintained by a single user on Sports11. The Sports11 team won't intervene if a user at the root level is the target of a fake.
• The user must make sure to log out after each session of game play in order to prevent accidental game participation and the loss of funds associated with the user account.
• When registering, the privacy policy may ask for user information like Name, Mobile Number (for OTP), Date of Birth, and Area Pin Code of Residence.
• Because the platform's games involve financial risks, users must be 18 years of age or older to participate.
• In order to verify your PAN card, you must upload a full-size image of it.
• Some Indian states, including Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Sikkim, Nagaland, Odisha, Telangana, and Gujarat, have outlawed online fantasy games. Users who live in these states may have trouble registering.
• The information provided in the application about real-time game play, including match start times in gaming, shall be taken as final.
• Our specialists or official sources are used to gather the information for the live matches. This does not guarantee that the Playing Team is completely confirmed, though. It may be updated or changed at any time.
• No contest entrance fee will be returned if the playing has been incorrectly updated owing to errors made by authorised data providers. You are urged to authenticate the playing on several official platforms by cross-checking it.
• Any pre-determined number of players may participate in the contest's public league format, which allows for unlimited participation.
• In Private League, individuals have the option to design their own competition and invite others to take part.
• The minimum and maximum amounts are subject to the requirements that are periodically specified by the authority of the Sports11.
• (a) Games of skill are allowed since they are exempt from the Public Gambling Act of 1867 and other Indian gambling laws. Fantasy sports are no longer res integra, or legally unresolved, according to the Rajasthan High Court, which dismissed a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) brought by Ravindra Singh Chaudhary in 2020. Fantasy sports platforms are legal companies protected by Article 19(1)(g) of the Indian Constitution, which provides the freedom to engage in an occupation, trade, or business. This article describes fantasy sports as a game of skill in which players can pay a fee to compete and earn rewards.
• (b) The above-described Contests are games of skill because the success of Participants depends largely on their superior knowledge of cricket games, understanding of players' relative form, players' performance in a specific location, circumstance, and/or format (such as ODIs, test cricket, and Twenty20 in online fantasy cricket gaming), focus and commitment to the Contest(s), and skill in playing the Contest (s). The Contest(s) also demands that Participants field evenly-balanced teams with constrained resources and make substitutes as necessary in order to score as many points as possible.
• (c) Each Participant understands and accepts that he or she is playing a skill-based game by entering this Contest(s).
• Sports11 has the right to send any suspected fraudulent or illegal activity to the proper termination activity. These actions consist of alleged hacking attempts or the use of any type of third-party application to alter the game or score in Sports11. These actions will result in account termination, which will cause you to immediately stop using any of Sports11's services, including its games. It also involves a loss of financial strength on the platform, with the assertion that the platform will start a legal process to recover the money.
• Several payment methods, including UPI, Net Banking, and NEO services, can be used to add money. The user is responsible for verifying that any deposits or withdrawals from Sports11 are complete and accurate.
• The Sports11 authorities' decision shall be final in the event of any dispute and resolution.
• he winnings provided to users who have been selected as contest winners by Sports11 are subject to tax (TDS) deductions in accordance with the Income Tax Act of 1961.
• ***By referencing them in the Terms and Conditions section, Sports11 authorities have the full right to amend or change the previously established Terms and Conditions, rules & regulations, and terms of usage at any moment.***

Refund Policy

• There is no refund policy at this time. Any payment that you start cannot, under any circumstances, be reimbursed. The user is urged to handle the transaction carefully to prevent any unintended transactions. In more complicated situations, the Sports11 Authorities will decide on compensation, and their decision is definitive at that level.

Withdrawal Policy

• The user can request a withdrawal and receive their money. The transmission of your funds will take 3 to 4 bank working days.
• The user can only submit one request at once.
• The company has the right to hold the amount until the situation is clarified in the event of participation in unethical or illegal activity.
